Tried the chicken satay here, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, well-marinated, and grilled to perfection! The peanut sauce was flavorful and complemented the satay perfectly. The stingray, however, was just average, but the rest of the dishes were really good. Definitely worth coming back for the satay!

Came for dinner, right after heavy rain. The staff were starting to set up the tables n chairs outside. Some stalls were closed. Review of the food we ordered Bkt - served hot n tasty. They also have the dry version, and vinegar trotter Sting ray, lala and ladies fingers. Opted for non spicy ladies version. Looked plain but it's so good! Very generous with the chinchalok too Satay - taste good but meat a bit chunky. Well bbqed n crisp fat pieces On the whole, good! We didn't eat the Thai food. Looks so good from where we're sitting, he's cooking continuously. Will try that next time

Came in a large group of 40+. Was worried that they’ll be overwhelmed and food quality may be compromised. But the dinner experience was excellent! First was the service. They were so accommodating. Although we came unannounced, they were very helpful in setting up new tables, chairs and everything was set up swiftly and with a smile! Then comes the food review. We ordered prawn egg, oyster egg, sambal stingray, sambal squid, steamed chicken, chicken wings, char kueh teow. EVERYTHING was delicious. I mean EVERYTHING! Hats off to the chefs! Washed it all down with beer of course. Highly recommended to anyone looking for authentic zichar.

I absolutely love the oyster omelette at this kopotiam! It’s perfectly cooked, just the way I like it, with a nice crispy texture on the outside. The flavor is amazing, and the oysters are super fresh and juicy. Definitely one of the best I’ve had! Highly recommended for oyster lovers. The grilled fish next to it is also really tasty and worth a try!

Local coffee shop w outdoor and indoor seating, variety of food. Bbq stall is pretty popular, see many tables eating. We got stingray lala and lady finger for 53rm. Garlic lady finger is a highlight, looks plain but tasted amazing. Stingray sambal is spicy, quite nice. Lala are big but not the best taste. Bkt herbal soup has a comforting soup but pricey, 25rm for the soup with taukee and pig stomach. Satay is well bbq but pieces are quite chunky. 18rm for 10 chicken sticks plus ketupat. Homemade barley available for 2rm. We didn't get to try the Thai food, but saw them constantly taking new orders. Wok is constantly active and looks good, we would want to try the fried rice next time.

Nice place and not too crowded when we arrived around 6pm on Friday evening. Had a variety of dishes and didn’t have to wait too long to be served. Compared to the more famous ones in JB, this one is a steal since it’s more affordable and less spicy for those who cannot take spice as well. Albeit it’s off the beaten path for most coming through the causeway. There’s this satay stall manned by a cute little kid who dashes out in jubilation when you contemplate whether you want some satay. Because of him I did get some. Must reward the enthusiasm. The pork satay is very good, would’ve gotten more if not for being bloated from the food.
